Hi Allan, What is a Mineral Hospital or is it the name of the hospital you are going too? It will be good to hear how you get on.

Hi cant wait to see how you get on. Do hope you get good help. Marg soft hugs xx

I looked up mineral hospital as I had never heard of one. Apparently there is a mineral hospital in Bath, Somerset. Construction of this hospital began in 1737, which heralded a new period of faith and scientific belief in the healing properties of Bath's mineral waters hence the name. One of the treatments was hydrotherapy although it was not called this years ago. The mineral hospital treated Rheumatic diseases. The hospital is now called the Royal Mineral Water Hospital, it is also known as Bath Royal National Hospital For Rheumatic Diseases.

Today the Royal Mineral Water Hospital continues to provide specialist services for adults, children and adolescents in rheumatology, neuro-rehabilitation, pain services, and chronic fatigue syndrome/ME. They also provide diagnostic services such as endoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and bone density measurement. They work as partners with patients and their carers to support them in the management of their condition.
